So what even is hyperpigmentation? For those not in the know, hyperpigmentation is basically a broad term used to describe instances when you get spots on your skin that are darker or a different color than the rest of your body.
It’s been a little over a year since the pandemic was announced. Around March 13th, the world started panicking over this virus.
I am proud to say I have become a legit adult. A real deal adult. A full-on 100% adult. How, you may ask? Well, I have a morning routine… that counts as adulting, right?
Between never putting on sunscreen, never re-applying, getting shit sleep, tanning, or whatever other abrasive skincare routines you have going, it’s no wonder some of you might end up looking like a crypt keeper by the time you’re 30. And yes, this includes everyone of every skin color under the sun (haha, see what I did there?).
I feel like I’ve been deceived most of my life about how I’m supposed to manage my hair. There’s so much misleading information out there about what it means to moisturize. I’ve used all kinds of oils and creams for years, thinking I was actually doing something to bring out my curls. In reality, my hair was becoming dry, lifeless, and frizzy to boot.
I never considered myself a morning person, until I realized how important it is to start your morning right. I have been doing this morning routine since the beginning of my senior year of college.
